An Under Cover Weekend, the storied local tribute series now in its eleventh year, threw a heck of a kickoff party last Thursday night. The first evening of the three-night event at Delmar Hall featured dazzling performances by Tenement Ruth, Too Deep, Paige Alyssa, Tortuga, and Theresa Payne (not pictured below, unfortunately, but pictured here).
