[PREMIERE] Letter to Memphis Releases “First Goodbye”
December 3, 2015
It’s been a good year for St. Louis’ Letter to Memphis. The quartet was awarded Best Folk Band honors by the Riverfront Times. They also played a seeming myriad of local shows and completed their second full-length album, Come On Home, which is being released in February 2016 and is currently available for pre-order.

Today, we’re happy to premiere a fresh Letter to Memphis single off Come On Home. Fresh is the operative word here, as it’s LTM’s newest track in their arsenal. “We literally finished writing it in the studio during a recording session,” Devon Cahill (vocalist/multi-instrumentalist) told IWTAS. “Sometimes when two people meet, the connection they experience is undeniable. This song is a peek into an intimate encounter between two such people.”
Letter to Memphis plays Off Broadway on December 30th for what will surely be a crazy fun night of Bruce Springsteen music with a bunch of other STL stars.
