Almost a month ago, for one night, joy went by the name So Many Dynamos as the long-time St. Louis favorites turned up the lights and brought down the house to celebrate their new LP, Safe With Sound. The Free Years wooed the crowd with 80s licks and boyish charm during their opening performance. And 18andCounting made beats and jaws drop, putting on one of the finest, most unique sets I’ve seen all year.
